The new 27.5" Enduro version. The side knobs have been copied from the popular Minion Front and guarantee excellent cornering grip. The shovel-shaped middle knobs allow maximum traction and braking control.

Manufacturer's Notes:

Maxxis strongly advises against the use of an ammonia-based sealing fluid. Ammonia has been shown to attack the carcass and can weaken it by 30% in just a few months, depending on the amount used.
Maxxis recommends the use of Tire Plasma Sealant Fluid.

This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of several Maxxis mountain bike tires. It is very dense, light and extremely flexible. The performance of the tires thus remains very convincing.

DualCompound

Two different rubber compounds are machined to form a running surface strip. The order of the compounds is individually planned by Maxxis according to the desired tire properties.

Tubeless Ready

Tubeless tires have several advantages: they can be used with lower pressure. This achieves better traction and lower rolling resistance. And without an inner tube, the risk of a puncture also decreases. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealing fluid than other "Tubeless Ready" tires. The bead of the Maxxis TR tires is completely covered with a layer of rubber, like genuine UST tubeless tires. This guarantees a successful tubeless mounting for all popular rims and sizes from the first inflation and without having to use a lot of fluid.

Wide Trail (WT):

This construction optimizes the profile and shape of the tire for wider modern rims. Traditional tires are developed for narrower rims and get too square of a shape on wider rims, which hurts performance. WT tires are optimized for an inner rim width of 35mm, but also work perfectly on all rims with an inner width of 30 - 40mm. Applies to all tires with a width of 2.4" or more.
