A hip dropping on one side, a knee tracking off-line, a saddle that twists: a leg length discrepancy of several millimetres is quickly felt on the bike. This 2 mm Look shim bolts under the Keo cleat on the shorter side and brings the foot closer to the pedal.
The 2 mm suits moderate differences. For a fine correction, the 1 mm version is often enough; a larger asymmetry may call for several thicknesses combined. The 1.5 mm Keo Spacer, on the other hand, is used to adapt the cleat to flat soles and is not intended for leg length.
A correction of this size also changes your perceived saddle height: review it after fitting. Check how far the bolts engage in the inserts, then do a few rides before judging the result.
