The Trek FX+ 2 LT brings together the essentials of an urban electric bike in 17.75 kg in size M according to Trek: 40 Nm Hyena motor in the rear hub, integrated 250 Wh battery, Shimano hydraulic brakes, SKS mudguards, MIK rear rack and kickstand. Its low weight makes a difference to everyday life: you can carry it up a staircase, manoeuvre it in a bike store, and it is still pleasant to pedal if the battery runs flat. The Hyena motor, controlled by a torque sensor, goes unnoticed on the flat and supports you when getting back up to speed.

The Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes keep braking consistent in the rain, and the 40 mm H2 Comp tyres with reflective sidewalls make you visible from the side at night. The rear rack takes 25 kg according to Trek, with clip-on MIK panniers and baskets.
