Put simply: 13.10 kg, which is 900 g less than the 9.8 XT Di2 with the identical frame. The whole difference comes from the components: XTR, carbon chainset, high-end wheels and suspension.
XTR Di2 is Shimano's top electronic groupset: ultra-precise shifts, even under full load, and no derailleur cable to maintain. We handle its configuration and updates in the workshop, with a drivetrain check at every service.
The Pike Ultimate and the two-position Fox Factory Float make a very effective pairing: the fork stays precise in the rock gardens of the Caroux, and the shock firms up with a flick for long fire-road climbs. The Fox Transfer NEO post offers 150 mm of travel, generous on a size S.
| Model | Frame | Travel rear / front | Drivetrain | Weight (M) |
| Top Fuel 8 | Alpha Platinum alloy | 120 / 130 mm | Shimano SLX/XT 1x12 | 14.58 kg |
| Top Fuel 9.8 XT Di2 | OCLV Mountain carbon | 120 / 130 mm | Shimano XT Di2 1x12 | 14.00 kg |
| Top Fuel 9.9 XTR Di2 | OCLV Mountain carbon | 120 / 130 mm | Shimano XTR Di2 1x12 | 13.10 kg |
| Top Fuel 9.9 XX AXS | OCLV Mountain carbon | 120 / 130 mm | SRAM XX AXS T-Type 1x12 | 12.85 kg |
Our take: 900 g less than the 9.8 XT Di2 with the identical frame. The 9.9 XX AXS drops further to 12.85 kg with a one-piece cockpit and the SRAM ecosystem.
