Trek has given this Precaliber 24 an Alpha Silver aluminium frame with rack and kickstand mounts, a replaceable derailleur hanger and a 135 x 5 mm rear quick release. These are the standards of a grown-up bike: in the workshop, the hanger is easy to replace after a fall, and the bike can be equipped for everyday journeys.
