The LEATT Gravity 6.0 Carbon MTB Helmet in glow orange redefines the standards for full-face downhill helmets. Designed for demanding bike park and DH riders, it combines a thermoplastic carbon shell with advanced protection technology to offer a high level of safety without sacrificing comfort or lightness.

Construction and materials

The Gravity 6.0's thermoplastic carbon shell differs from traditional thermosetting carbon with its superior flexibility and impact resistance. More environmentally friendly to manufacture, this material gives the helmet an excellent weight-to-stiffness ratio. The chin bar, made of polymer, completes the package for full-face protection. Inside, the dual-density foam, combining EPS and EPO, is precisely molded to ensure optimal energy absorption during impacts.

360° Turbine Technology

The Gravity 6.0 incorporates Leatt 's proprietary Turbine 360° technology, a unique 3-in-1 safety system. Strategically placed "turbine" discs inside the helmet allow it to shift slightly on the head upon impact, reducing the maximum acceleration transmitted to the brain. This system simultaneously manages rotational forces, low-speed impacts, and high-energy shocks, providing comprehensive protection in all downhill situations.

Ventilation

With its 22 carefully positioned vents, the Gravity 6.0 ensures remarkable airflow for a full-face downhill helmet. The chin vent cover is removable, allowing you to adjust the airflow to suit the conditions: open for long climbs, closed for fast descents in cold or rainy weather. The X-Static® inner lining provides a comfortable feel against the skin throughout your ride. Breathable, odor-resistant, and fully washable, it maintains optimal hygiene even after the most intense sessions. The DD buckle closure ensures a secure fit and quick adjustment. The detachable visor—with a visor extension included for harsh weather conditions—enhances facial protection and helps reduce rotational impact forces in the event of a fall. The helmet is also compatible with Leatt neck braces for maximum overall protection.
