The Elite Avanti with Zwift Cog and Click is a direct-drive smart trainer that combines precision, advanced connectivity, and ease of use. This Zwift Ready version comes with Zwift Cog and Zwift Click pre-installed, allowing you to immediately enjoy 24-speed virtual shifting. With its integrated power meter offering ±1% accuracy, a maximum power output of 2100 W at 40 km/h, and gradient simulation up to 18%, the Avanti is designed for both intensive training and virtual competition.
The Elite Avanti is compatible with road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, and city bikes. With Zwift Cog installed, it offers broad compatibility with 8- to 13-speed drivetrains.
The Zwift Cog can be removed in order to install a traditional cassette and use the Avanti in a classic configuration with compatible indoor cycling applications.
The pre-installed Zwift Cog simplifies bike setup and allows the use of 8- to 13-speed drivetrains without any drivetrain modifications. Combined with the handlebar-mounted Zwift Click, it provides access to 24 virtual gears for managing gear changes directly during Zwift workouts.
The Cog remains removable. It is therefore possible to remove it to install a compatible traditional 9-12 speed cassette and use the Avanti in a more conventional configuration with other applications.
The Avanti integrates a power sensor directly, offering a claimed accuracy of ±1%. Its electronically controlled magnetic resistance can simulate gradients of up to 18% and support a maximum power of 2,100 W at 40 km/h.
For virtual competitions, Race Mode allows data transmission at a frequency of 10 Hz. Power variations are thus communicated quickly to the platform in order to more responsively reflect changes in intensity during exertion.
The Avanti features automatic calibration, eliminating the need for manual calibration before workouts. The Easy Start function makes it easy to resume an interval after a short break from pedaling.
The Power Smoothing function offers four modes for displaying power data in ERG mode via My E-Training. On Zwift, the Supertuck function allows the trainer to almost immediately reduce the detected power when the cyclist stops pedaling so that the platform can quickly recognize this situation.
The black Flex Feet included with the Avanti allow for 4.5° of lateral oscillation. They move with the bike while pedaling, making your position on the trainer less static. Red Flex Feet offering a different level of rigidity are also available separately from Elite .
In addition to ANT+ and Bluetooth protocols, the Avanti features Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing it to be integrated directly into your home network and benefit from automatic updates. Its dual-channel Bluetooth also allows you to connect two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
The Bridge function allows you to connect a heart rate monitor or cadence sensor to the trainer and transmit their data to the app via FE-C ANT+ or FTMS BLE with a single connection. A wired Ethernet connection is also possible with the separately available Elite Gateway Wired Ethernet Dongle.
The Avanti features two stand-alone modes. With the trainer powered, it's possible to pre-configure an incline of up to 18%. Without power, the cyclist can choose from 16 resistance levels to continue training without an app.
Thanks to ANT+ FE-C, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi protocols, the Elite Avanti can be used with leading compatible indoor cycling platforms, including Zwift, My E-Training, MyWhoosh, Rouvy, and Kinomap. It can be controlled from a computer, smartphone, bike computer, or compatible smartwatch.
