The Trek Fetch+ 4 is an electric front-box cargo bike, designed for the school run, the weekly shop and everything you used to load into the boot. It combines an 85 Nm Bosch Performance Line Cargo motor, a 750 Wh PowerTube battery and an Enviolo belt-driven transmission; Trek does not publish a weight for this version. Dnister Black is a deep, understated black that shows off the shape of the box.

The Fetch+ 4, a family front-box cargo bike. The Fetch+ 4 places a large box in front of the handlebar, on a small 20-inch wheel, keeping your load in view. It relies on the 85 Nm Bosch Performance Line Cargo motor, designed for loaded bikes, and on a 750 Wh PowerTube battery. On the drivetrain side, a continuously variable Enviolo hub driven by a Gates belt replaces the chain and derailleur.

In other words: the Fetch+ 4 is the most complete Trek cargo bike in this selection, with 750 Wh, a derailleur-free drivetrain and a front box that takes around 80 kg according to Trek. Trek does not publish a weight for this version.
The continuously variable Enviolo hub has no fixed gears: you twist the grip and the ratio changes progressively, even when stopped at a light, which is invaluable for pulling away with a load. Driven by a Gates CDX belt, it needs no chain lubing or derailleur adjustment.
The Bosch Cargo Line motor is calibrated for heavy bikes: its 85 Nm help you get a full box moving again, and the assistance stops at 25 km/h as on any e-bike. The 50 mm Suntour Mobie fork and the 20-inch front tyre keep the steering stable, and the double kickstand holds the bike steady while you load it.

Our take: compared with the Fetch+ 2 (500 Wh, Deore chain and derailleur, 31.00 kg), the Fetch+ 4 brings 250 Wh more and a drivetrain with no chain maintenance. If you carry less than 25 kg, an Allant+ 6 with its rear rack remains lighter and livelier.

LVR sizing advice The Fetch+ 4 comes in one size, for riders from 160 to 190 cm according to Trek. Its TranzX adjustable seatpost offers 200 mm of travel: the saddle height changes in a few seconds when two parents share the bike.
