Thanks to the XCR32 fork's lockout, when locked it stays firm on tarmac; when released, it absorbs 63 mm of bumps on trails. With a step-through frame, this simple adjustment makes the bike pleasant on every surface.
The 690 mm lowriser handlebar, with 11 degrees of backsweep, places your hands at a natural angle and gives more control than a touring handlebar. The Bontrager XR Trail Comp grips are clamped with a collar and don't twist, even in the rain.
